Haas goes Off the Grid with some Friends

I based this deck off of Spags' list. I was originally worried about excluding some of the usual Haas staples and had a difficult time constructing a balanced deck. After I saw Spags' list in action i was confident he had found the best way to utilize and abuse Friends in High Places in Haas.

Glacier has taken a taken a huge hit over the past few months with Anarch being the dominant runner and the ease at which they can recur their most popular current at the moment, rumor mill. So with Haas' most commonly used upgrades, Ash 2X3ZB9CY and Caprice Nisei, being weakened i opened my binder an started searching for strong non-unique assets/upgrades. When i first saw Off the Grid, it seemed like the perfect card. The runner has no hard counters or silver bullets, it's not a region and can be rezzed with a discount via Breaker Bay Grid, and forces the runner to run at least 2 servers through taxing Haas ice to score an agenda( 3 if Crisium Grid is installed). The only issue at the time was recursion, but then Friends in High Places was released and we've seen how strong it is.

If you're familiar with playing food coats then piloting this deck should not be difficult. It plays almost the same exact way and aims to win by taxing the runner to score out agendas.
