Attempt to make a deck scoring out with Clones are not People and Government Takeover. Or punitive them if they steal.
Fast track to find Government Takeover. Hive as you won't be scoring. Oversight AI to get big ice up. The twins to protect your takeover.
Likely awful but will give it a try.

Playing Hostile Takeover and Government Takeover together seems not so great, I guess the hostiles are just fuel for the Archers but it makes R&D a risky place to ever let the runner. I mean, GT is already playing with (fun) fire because if the runner gets it they're on match point instantly but with the two HT also puts them basically on match point. It also doesn't quite get you there if you've scored a Vanity Project, a Hostile Takeover and a "Clones are not People". Given how committed you are to getting the density as low as possibly with GT I'd be tempted to cut both Hostiles, put in a Project Atlas or something. Atlas is great because if you can over score it it gives you instant access to Punitive Counterstrike should the worst happen, an Atlas, a Clones are not and a Vanity is 7 points, and you'll have 1 less agenda for them to luck into on a multi card dig into R&D. It also frees up a card slot for one more bit of ice or a second Shattered Remains or whatever. As well as that change I'd be tempted to play this out of Blue Sun rather than BABW but that's just personal preference for the burstier econ it gives the turn after they pull the GT and you need to punitive them right there and then. Minor changes aside, I love the idea of scoring out in one fell swoop with clones and GT, and punitive+GT is one my favourite flatline routes so I'm a big fan of this :) |

Thanks for the feedback.
What I really need is a means to stick any agendas I draw to the bottom of R&D |

Paging Shannon Claire. If you stick a Vanity Project on the bottom of R&D (and change Hostile Takeover to Project Atlas), the only accessible agendas are 2x vanity project, 1x Government Takeover, and 1x project atlas. I tried (and failed) to make a deck work by shoving GT on the bottom of R&D, though I can't remember what the win condition was. There was a lot of Keyhole going around at the time, which totally wrecked the plan. The recent IG grinder decks have made Film Critic more popular, so you might have more trouble pulling off the Punitive Counterstrike than you would like. |
I think, public support will be good for this. But deck is really weak.
