Startup (2nd EMEA)

The deck went 2-1, loosing to a PD with a Magnet on R&D and the remote.

This deck needs a 2nd decoder. Then Muse can be used fetch a decoder. Which then can be sold later, when the other decoder is drawn.

I didn't test this deck at all before the tournament. There a few changes I would make: Adding another Trojan, Creative Commsion, ..
