BTL has a lot of options open to it and it's hard to build a strictly bad list. Regardless of what you do, your code gate slot is going to be kind of iffy, they are either small gearchecks or porous at the worst possible moment (Syailendra and Valentão). There are options if you're prepared to cut Charlotte Caçador such as M.I.C, but charlotte is such a good econ card you're making a sacrifice either way, and with everyone being on Unity if they can having a taxing code gate is less important. Going up to three Hammer might well be the right call.
