Ok this deck has scored so far 8-1 on jinteki.
The goal is simple. It maximises the ability of SYNC and it's small size.
Step 1 : Protect your main servers and make a strong economy. Let the runner get the tags from your ices, and then pay a strong cost to remove them. Wait until you got a midseasons.
Step 2 : Let the runner steal an agenda. Ideally, it will be an explode-a-palooza. Make the runner pay a lot for stealing it at the point you have a much stronger eco than him.
Step 3 : Midseasons the runner. At this point, he will have 11 or 12 tags. Your resistors become suddenly incredibly expensive to break, you can get rid of his ressources (if he had many ressources, you can flip sync to do it). So you have few credits due to midseasons, but the runner have fewer creds and he can't break your servers. You can closed accounts him if he manage somehow to escape the hammer.
Step 4 : Turn 1 - Drop a beale in a remote. Turn 2- Psychographics. Archive memories and Psychographics again. Drop 13 counters on your beale and win with only one agenda.
Particulars cards : No astro, no san-san.
Keegan lane is for slowing the runner. It can be use to trash his main icebreakers, or magnum opus.
Crisium grid is for protection against siphons.
Daily Business Show is for getting your key cards faster.
Edit - 1 GFI + 1 explode a palooza - 1 wraparound + 1 eli 1.0

my biggest issue in other (admittedly different) SYNC decks has been money. i'm just not sure you're going to be rich enough to comfortably midseasons for 11-12 tags and double psycho for the win. i would like you to be able to, i just don't think it's going to be regularly feasible. you have very few ways to keep them off your Adonis Campaign as you have no Wraparound and they would just pay the trace on your Resistor so that econ is often dead. if they hit an Explode-a-palooza then great but that's just going to pay for your Midseason Replacements—it's not going to get that trace to psycho-win territory or pay for the psychos. if you're dedicated to this strategy (as it is not without merit), i'd recommend finding a place for more econ and maybe getting good at making use of Product Placement (though it can be difficult to leverage out of Spark Agency: Worldswide Reach). anyway, i love SYNC and i want this to work so i hope it does! good luck! p.s. one last econ consideration: many players will know to play around a one-Project Beale victory and so will boost their trace just enough to keep you off the victory. just something to think about if you're going all in on the one-beale victory. |
Sounds interesting. I don't have Data and Destiny, but it looks like a good deck. As a new player, I'd probabbly lose to it.
