Mutate is not really going to work on Chimera. Chimera is derezzed at the end of a turn, so unless you have a way to rez it on your own turn then you can't Mutate it (as Mutate only works on rezzed ICE). Doesn't stop you Mutating other ICE, just not Chimera as implied by your write up.
