Don't Let's Start v1.0

For when the runner absolutely must not have any fun.

The main aim of this deck is to keep the runner low on clicks and credits and to stay firmly in the midgame all game. To that end, we run three Docklands Crackdown and three Housekeeping, to make installing anything painful. This lets us squeeze out agendas behind cheap ice that might otherwise fall to completed rigs.

To protect our tax and our agendas, as well as hard end the run, we rely on the Gagarin Deep Space: Expanding the Horizon remote tax, plus a range of unpleasant ice; Enigma and Datapike complement our tax plan, Markus 1.0, Ichi 1.0 and Negotiator provoke all downside choices to the runner, and RSVP becomes a cheap hard end the run (even over agendas).

If the runner does start getting ahead, Reversed Accounts, Will-o'-the-Wisp and our flex slot Elizabeth Mills and Snatch and Grab let us cut them back down to size. Notably, Personal Workshop cause real problems for the tax side of the deck, and bad publicity effectively switches off our ID, which Lizzie fixes.

Our influence is rounded out by Ash 2X3ZB9CY, who is additional tax if they do start getting in.

Notably, this deck runs light on economy. Unless you pop a GRNDL Refinery, you're not likely to have more than 10 credits, hence the choice of Beanstalk Royalties. This makes it marginally more resilient to denial runner decks, although they're still unpleasant.

If a runner can get over your tax hurdles, you can be in for a bad time. Stealth rigs can find it tricky to get through multiple stacked ice of the same type, but generic big rig can be very dangerous if you can't land a good Will-o'-the-Wisp to tuck a high-utility breaker.
