I apologised to each of my opponents at the time, but to reiterate:
I'm sorry.
This deck went through a few variations over the course of the tournament, but at the end of the day it's all slightly-different flavours of the same monstrocity. What do the details even matter when I'm swimming in money? It's just Sokka's ControLat but it gets to keep its banned cards. It's disgusting and I will never play it again, but to quote DoomRat:
I don't love that, but I do like winning games, so here we are. Moving on.
My intention going into this tournament was to prove the NSG-only format needs a banlist and I would say I succeeded insofar that this deck hoses pretty much anyone trying to have fun.
I went 4-1, losing my very first match to NAC PD, however I think a better pilot can beat that deck. Regardless, you shouldn't have to run NAC if you want to play any ice. The rest of the games were pretty straight forward. If you've ever had a game with or against boat Lat then you know how it goes.
With that in mind, I think I also provided evidence the format doesn't need a banlist. I only played against one other boat deck across the entire tournament and it still wasn't this pushed. Most people playing this format, even competitively, seem to be doing so to build fun janky decks. Winning with this deck was rarely satisfying so if I ever play this format again I'll be joining them.
