Do you expect the newshounds to have an ETR alot? And have you included them for the taxing and ETR purposes? Because if they serve to land a tag, Turnpikes might be better. However, seeing as MKUltra and Mongoose are included in the 30 most used cards, News Hound is 1c more taxing if the Runner has one of those killers on the table, is this indeed the reason?

It's great to see someone trying to make a deck that refused to include the usual staples :D I want to try this out.
