Sundew is a risky one, as you have to rez it before their turn, so they can just go nab it. Mental Health Clinic might be a better option here, as it is cheaper to rez, harder to trash, and you don't have any damage for the downside to negate. It also frees up some influence.

How are you finding Negotiator? I haven't used it yet, so I'm interested to hear peoples' views.

Your ICE is not actually especially taxing. Hive is glorious until you score any agenda. Ice Wall also loses potency, unless you are planning to advance it to hell and back. All of your code gates cost 2 to break with Passport and Gordian Blade.

Eli 1.0 is a good taxing ICE, as are Tollbooth and Viper. Consider trying to squeeze them in.

Published as more of a thought experiment, rather than a serious deck. If I was going to do Mental Health Clinic Id be better off using PAD Campaign with 0 influence and 1 more trash cost. I am thinking of removing Thomas Haas for a third Encryption Protocol though.
