Now, this card became much viable then when it just release, some combos worth adding in include:

• In the deck Because BWBI, the combo Because We Built It -> Advance Some Ice -> Install Government Takeover -> Biotic Labor -> Red Planet Couriers can fast advance it.
• In the deck Nixon Speedrun, the combo Casting Call -> Install Government Takeover -> Dedication Ceremony x2 can work behind an ice. Though it may be really risky.

Anyway, it seems like the card is becoming more and more useful in decks.
