I've been wanting to think of Valencia as a more principled AndySucker.

Super efficient runs, building up sucker and Hemorrhage tokens. Throw down desperado and datasucker and start running. Investigative journalism, itenerant protestors and wanton destruction are your disruption. Keyhole and blackmail are your win cards. Dont be afraid to use blackmail early, esp if you have viruses on the board or have just trashed a lot of HQ. Careful which server you let them rez ice on because those runs stop being free.
