So this is basically a death of 1000 cuts style deck, but with a twist. The ice are all code gates that synergize with each other and are all dirt cheap. Medical fundraisers give runners money to run so you can get your ice rezzed. Once rezzed, score some portals and then cash up with peak efficiency etc.

It's great because stealing and scoring is super taxing on the runner to the point where you can win simply by advancing 1 point agendas because they are so scared of traps. That's if they don't flatline first.
