Wow again! Another thing I needed! Big rig, tutor Kate

This is a big rig shaper deck using Kate because no one likes to pay full price for anything! Unfortunately I don't have access to enough copies of Self-modifying Code so I am stuck using Special Order. The idea of the deck is to wait out the first few turns, and then finally run the corps main scoring. I am still learning netrunner and I know I am lacking some of the key meta-cards (Plascrete Carapace etc.) but I would still like some feedback!
