Idea here is to get into HQ, using Fisk's ability & Fisk Investment Seminar - along with Information Sifting to hopefully access 5 + 3 +1 / 2 = 4 or 5 cards at once.

Using Lamprey, Emergency Shutdown, and Muertos to tax them while you repeat the process.
