So this deck is based on an idea I had when I first heard of net runner and had only seen a few cards... the original deck sucked pretty hard but I have refined it, and no its pretty decent. And it does a very good job of annoying the hell out of everyone in my play group.
Basic Overview: you want to lose agendas... I know, crazy right? but it is the main mechanic of how you tax the runner. and all agendas in the deck are worth 1... so they have to steal 7 to win.
In Depth How to Play: the idea here is to use pop up window in tandem argus security as a low cost economic strain to try to get 1 score either a profiteering or hostile take over. use the money from your first score to start advancing ice to at least (your bad pub +1) at the same time you are trying to either double Ireress the server taking the most (might be your scoring server or a central server, it depends on who is running against you) then sit back and watch the runner repeatedly have to choose to lose all their money, take damage, or take a tag any time they touch you. and if they ever decide to take a tag, kill 2 clicks with false lead nuke them to death with scorched earth.

Instead of Pop-up Window or J-How, how about running SEA Source or if you want to cut down even more, Midseason Replacements? (It's worth it! Plus, it gives you the opening to also be running Traffic Accident.) J-How is one of the most played and splashed cards in competitive play, but he's best when you don't want the runner snooping too much in archives. In your case, you want the runner to steal cards and you want to fry them later, right? I'd also recommend Vulcan Coverup as well because, somehow, if you end up scoring it, the result remains the same and it seems you don't care much about your bad publicity. Also, it seems Hunter would work slightly better than Salvage. Salvage and Woodcutter don't work on the first rez during a run, and it seems like you're trying to catch the runner off-guard when you fry them. On the other hand, Amazon Industrial Zone and Executive Boot Camp give you a good starting point for that type of ICE, so it's ultimately your call. I'd love to see this in action! |

thanks so much! I am going to make some changes and tweaks based on this. I love the idea of Vulcan Cover up. pop-up window is too important to the econ of this deck to take out but I could definitely lose j-how with out too much impact. I know I want to make some changes to the ice... but I am not 100% sure what yet. thanks again |

Closed Accounts and The Board is a good loss-prevention strategy when all your agendas are 1 pointers. Now I'm picturing a server that's Excalibur over Mother Goddess with The Board behind it, no other ICE in the deck. Executive Boot Camp, Tech Startup and Levy University to search out The Board and the ICE ASAP. Midseason Replacements, Scorched Earth, Traffic Accident and eventually Subcontract for the win. That's dumb don't do that. |

Why no news teams or snares? They would make the runner think twice about hitting things... |
I think you can rebalse your ICEs. Woodcutter and Salvage is really bad choice, they never play, swap it for archer, or ice wall, this will be better.
