This deck was baised on a Punitive version. with sports hopper crushing the "they just scored" moment its a lot harder to pull it off so I went a different route.

The idea behind the ice is DO NOT PROTECT RND. That is a money sink, NAPD and Mumbad virtual tour will accidentally destroy their economy and suddenly in range for Consulting Visit hard hitting news.
