New Perfection

Took second at the Team Covenant Store Championship piloting this and Noise.

This deck is tuned to handle the variations of Faust that are seeing play. Both losses I had with this deck were from being milled out. Once by Noise, and then in the finals by a DLR/Leela deck.

The game plan is simple. Land early economy cards and/or DBS, create a scoring remote and cruise to victory off Nisei Tokens. Like most plans, it usually doesn't survive contact with the enemy. You have a specific order in which you would like to score your agendas. Nisei/Nisei/GFI. DBS and Fast Track help you execute that simple plan. Often the turn after you score your first Nisei you Fast track, Install, Advance your second.

So lets talk about the other agendas. Philotic is a simple 3/2 that can be bluffed as a upgrade in a scoring remote that just got cleaned out. Medical Breakthrough is a NAPD replacement that functions very differently. Once the first one is scored, your opponent will become conscious that you can score the second w/o advancing it on the prior turn and their decision to run unadvanced servers becomes that more challenging. If you have been protecting your assets with Ice then each new asset you install they have to run and check. Ultimately they can't keep up with that challenge and you can either score the next one easily or they will wreck their econ trying to deny you.

The last thing I will mention on the agenda suite is why I chose to not include The Future Perfect. I hate Psi games

Assets are self explanatory. Upgrades too. Already mentioned fast track.

Ice: Wraparound is a great tax for D4vid. With out D4vid you need an actual breaker to get through regularly. Great for protecting assets! Hive makes scoring your first and second Nisei easy for very cheap. By the time you need your last 3 points you still have a ice wall on your scoring server. It was great all day. The rest is variations of taxing ice. Notable exclusions include Komainu, Enigma, and Himitsu-Bako.
