How to play:

You want to ICE up your centrals, including archives, with expensive ice that hurts or costs you something on contact. These are Wall of Thorns, Tollbooth, Komainu and Tsurugi. Once one of these is in place a Inazuma is "icing" on the cake.

Himitsu-Bako is used to protect Sundew early on or as an early game ice until you can get others out. But always protect your Sundew if possible. Mental Health Clinic is often played without protection. If you are not facing an AI deck you can use your Swordsman to protect economy as well or as early game ice.

Then, last but not least you want to create an agenda server as expensive as possible, best using Tollbooth, Lotus Field, Wall of Thorns and Tsurugi as well as of course a Inazuma in front of the others.

In the agenda server now come the Ash 2X3ZB9CY and Caprice Nisei to further avoid any intruder that manages to get past your central ice and then into the agenda server.

As far as agendas go you want to score Nisei MK II as a priority followed by The Future Perfect. A scored Nisei MK II is the AstroScript Pilot Program of Jinteki: Replicating Perfection since it often means that a runner can not get into the agenda server again this turn. it should only be used at the end of a run on the agenda server or in the round that will win you the game. It is also worth considering not using it to protect a NAPD Contract or Fetal AI if the runner is low on points since these often leave the runner with a bad economy.

In general this is a slow deck and should be used with a faster runner in tournaments. You want to take your time to build up economy and defenses and need enough money to have the threat of an Komainu present at all times.

Against central heavy runners Caprice Nisei can also be used to annoy them on R&D or to a lesser extend on HQ.

Good starting hands include some ice like Komainu, Himitsu-Bako, Swordsman, Tsurugi or Tollbooth and some economy like Hedge Fund, Mental Health Clinic or Subliminal Messaging. Sundew or only expensive ice is not helpful.
