Part of a 30 deck collection for casual play (see https://boardgamegeek.com/thread/2224342/).

Real Tag-Me decks can only be countered by a Corp meta which reliably punishes it, which is not a good option here. Accordingly, the design challenge here was to provide reliable options to collect tags, but nothing unlimited like God of War. This was rounded out with the Eater suite and useful cards that fit the revolution/protest theme.
