There are downsides to Safety First and Neutralize All Threats all threats in certain match ups so those are included in the list in case you ditch it at the start of the game.

The deck plays pretty obviously. Faust gets you accesses. Always Be Running turns your first click into a Sure Gamble and a SpyCam thanks to Find the Truth and Temüjin Contract. Three Career Fair because Scarcity of Resources could hurt a lot with this many resources. Dr. Lovegood is going to want to target New Angeles City Hall when you think you'll score and can't get another down quickly, Drug Dealer when you're low on cash and Always Be Running on those rare set up turns. But don't do that. Run first click. Run second click. Don't let an agenda slip by undetected. Succumb to your compulsions.
