Two ideas (because the guys at Run Last Click said two ideas is the right amount of ideas for a deck) :-)

1) Throw things into HQ and out of HQ using the Woman in the Red Dress, Hemorrhage and Utopia Shard.

2) Optimise the benefits of running to encourage good behavior (I never run as much as I know I should): again Hemorrhage, but also some run based economy hopefully optimised by the use of Prepaid VoicePAD. I need more Desperado, but don't have 'em.
