The classic Tennin Morton's Fork scenario: they can run, and eat a Shi.Kyū or Snare!, putting them back or risking a kill. They can choose to not run, and let me push The Future Perfect or Medical Breakthrough. And is it really worth running if they're going to just eat a Hunter Seeker for their troubles, opening the scoring window for me anyhow?

The experimental bit, I think, is in using Oberth Protocol as a second SanSan City Grid, given that Cache Refresh only gives you the one core set. The two-point agendas aren't too painful to give up, I think, especially if it's an expended Nisei MK II. But as this is entirely theorycrafting, I'm not 100% certain on that.

Tapestry is a bit of tech against HQ-based strats. Six strength and three subroutines to break is harsh for the cost of a click, and the other two subroutines allow me to restock R&D with ambushes, or keep them from snatching agendas from HQ.
