Punksmate

EXTREMELY first-draft version of an idea I just had. I did a quick cursory check and couldn't find any MaxX Caïssa decks, so I thought I'd make a poor man's version and fish around for suggestions on improving it, particularly w/r/t heap-salvaging whether the anarch suite is actually worthwhile in here, etc. I liked the idea of MaxX + Pawn, as well as the Caïssa suite (minus Bishop, which I simply don't have yet) with the Fork/Knife/Spoon to just wreck their ICE.

As always, eager for thoughts about what, if anything, can make this workable.
