Deck built around smashing the runners rig and then keeping them out with cheap end the run ice. Thoughts very welcome. Considering shifting to Weyland Core identity and splashing in the HB needed.

As suggested on your previous version, you could drop a Chronos Project for literally any other card. You are at 21 agenda points and you only need 20; there's no reason to spend your last slot on a card that will likely just make the runner's life easier.
Econ is the strongest suggestion I think. Look at a third PAD Campaign, a Shell Corporation, an Eve Campaign, or Private Contracts. Anything you can install that can get you money will trigger your EtF ability as well.
Anyone who reads my comments is probably sick of this, but I'm going to suggest a single Eliza's Toybox as a possiblity for the slot as well. It's econ in disguise, draining to trash, puts a clock on the runner, and you have 5 ICE that would benefit greatly from it. It's Priority Requisition without the hassle of needing to score.
Here's a totally reasonable scenario: Install Eliza's, Archer, and a Silver as a new server (free due to EtF). Next turn, rez Eliza's and rez Archer (4). Congratulations, you probably just created a massive scoring window for 4 and 2 turns. This might feel like a passive play for this deck, but the effect on the runner will be profound. In response he's going to install his best toys, which you then smash with the Aggressive Secretary you were actually advancing instead of a second agenda. Good fun to be had.
I would absolutely not go Weyland if you want to run NEXT ICE. NEXT Design is a possibility but you'd have to cut 3 points of influence and your economy would be even more worrying.
