Here's my second attempt at this deck. I found that money was indeed a significant limitation of the previous version, so I decided to try and improve the economy a bit. Hopefully, the operation-based economy will work, as this deck will hopefully need to land only a few traces to be effective (but those traces must succeed). I appreciate all your comments, and have taken several of them into consideration when designing this deck.
