This is a 100% experimental deck (I haven't even actually built it or tried it yet). The idea is to dig (with Wyldside if necessary) for e3 Feedback Implants as fast as possible. Then you can use Quetzal's own ability to break Barriers, Cerberus "Cuj.0" H3 to break Sentries, and Overmind to break Code Gates (or anything else, in a pinch). Parasite and the silverware cards allow you to blow up ICE that you don't want to deal with again, and Clone Chip and Déjà Vu help you bounce those important cards back after they've run out of steam.
The memory cards in this deck are MemStrips and Deep Red. Even though they can only be used for certain types of programs, they provide a TON of open memory, which means lots of power counters for Overmind.
Economy cards are pretty limited. Sure Gamble, Kati Jones, and Dirty Laundry are it. However, I think this deck doesn't need a super robust economy to operate. Most of its stuff is pretty cheap.

Quetzal ice destruction is really powerful. I play a Eater/Keyhole build with a Prepaid VoicePAD econ and draw package. I only play one copy of each "dinner party" run but with Déjà Vu's and a Levy AR Lab Access, and thats all I need. Parasite/Datasucker works too and you have mostly AI breakers to make the dinner party runs actually work.
