Hey Navelgazer ;)

I was quite intrigued by the main idea/theme of your deck and since I'm way better at critiquing instead of being creative I thought I'm gonna make some changes and answer you like that. Lezzgo rapid-fire mode on the changes:

Less In the Groove - Not a bad choice but you don't have enough cards to install to justify three of this.

Harmony AR Therapy - U want it like that - U can have it like that.

Overclock - Originally put in 3 but not much you can spend them on. One is safe and is a great target for Harmony AR Therapy.

One less Rejig - If you want the Penrose effect just overinstall imo - make the DZMZ Optimizer do their job! ;)

One less DZMZ Optimizer From my Tao-experience the third copy is not good enough. What does your final rig look like? 1Penrose, 3 Mantles, 1-2 Pelangi (if you play too many I'd just purge - another reason why In the Groove just doesn't cut it). That's 6 mu MAX - You only need a single DZMZ for that. En plus, your programs are mostly cheaper than 2 creds, very inefficient on the DZMZ side. Might even cut one more.

Telework Contract I don't know, had 2 cards left. I like money. It's a 1cred install so maybe nice for the Khusyuk :? Surely better than Daily Casts.

Less The Maker's Eye and Khusyuk: 3 of each just felt like Overkill to me. In my fav Tao Deck I just run 2 Khusyuk and im flying.

Self-modifying Code - Must-have. If your mantles are on the bottom of the deck it's gg b4 the game even began.

Thoughts on additional changes: -A single Gordian for Servers with a lot of ICE -Getting Rid of the Cookbooks in favor of Bukhgalter and Docklands Pass (making it look even more like my fav Tao deck, I'm afraid I'm compromised :S) -Paricia is always that card that's ~just~ not good enough. Might consider it here.

Other than that. man how broken is Boomerang. Only 10 inf and it's still the best decision to put 2 in your deck, lol.

I also keep wondering if there's a version of this that dumps the Cookbook in favor of Trickster Taka, to supplement the Mantles, but 1.) then I'd really need 3x Rejig to keep the Pelangi going, and 2.) I'd be way more vulnerable to tags. Ideally I'd have 1x each but then I feel like I'd never see either one.

Yeah Taka is >unbelievable< value in here since it'd permit you to run big servers which could become really ugly having only three Mantles in your disposal. Let's count. 3Pelangi, 3Rejig and 3Simulchip, that's (3+3+3)*2 = 18 Virus tokens. With Cookbook it's 1.5 times that, so 26. That's certainly enough. I heard the number somewhere you need like 17 accesses on average to win. Considering you don't need them for single iced servers in the early game 18 could also be enough. . ~20 when you get your Cookbook late is still good.

I'd not be so concerned with tags, very little corps play with them since there isn't a lot tag punishment yet and if it happens you have the H AR T.

tl;dr - Do it. Taka is very important and an early cookbook not as much imo.

Another consideration - Drop a penrose for a third SMC. The deck should make enough money and it's quite dependent on its key pieces.

Just stumbled on your deck @Ätsch. This is a really neat idea! Have you tried this with with Test Run and thought about trying this with Prognostic Q-Loop? What about Cybertrooper Talut to take a little pressure off your Mantles?

I know you have a lot of events, but being able to recur more cards might be powerful?
