You should basically never lose to Ob, Railgun, midseasons or general yellow/green decks.
I was paranoid and included: Flip Switch, New Angeles City Hall, No Free Lunch, Aaron Marrón
You will probably get stomped by IG, and you have some tech vs. general grind (PE/PU) in net shield/levvy.
Your plan is to basically stabilize, and then grind your opponent down with siphons and pan weave and keyhole.
