Brought this to the ECG meetup on thursday, which was organized into a CO with full-on prizes thanks to @maninthemoon and @Smittyl.
I have finally come full circle from my card game experiences. I originally started playing card games with Hearthstone, and basically took to the day9 experience of playing the game.
That is: Just exude confidence and make calls for any RNG plays and you'll hit them WAAAAY more then you should.
Then I started learning about boring things like "playing the odds" and "card value" and "tempo" and moved onto netrunner and learned more things like "click compression" and "scoring windows".
For this meetup I simply decided to build Los and play mostly off of vibes. Worked pretty well for me.
This list is basically the fite club los list posted by DeeR, with some minor changes:
The games I played were insane:
I was also able to TWICE get an ICE rez off that brought me to 5 credits to play Sure Gamble from hand, which is truly the play that makes you feel like a genius.
Huge thanks to everyone in the seattle scene, particularly those I played. I'm very happy to see Los maybe back in the meta: He was the ID I brought out the first time I ever went to a tournament (and consequently when I first met a bunch of the local scene) and holds a special place in my heart because of that.
Maybe next time we'll get more representation so that anytime I'm mentioned for a matchup I'm not referred to as just "The Los" š¤£.
