Idea of this deck is to play in a sort of passive-aggressive manner. Magnum Opus is, in my opinion, the key to play Logos Leela as it allows you to sit back and have steady economy while safely facechecking corps ice with wide variety of breakers (Faerie being the key breaker).
I've Had Worse is used to counter any PE shennanigans as well as a tempo boost when playing against a non-damage based corp.
I haven't had too much opportunities to deck test due to not having enough time lately, but the first problem is definitely the lack of memory. Having three breakers + Magnum Opus installed, considering that some of those breakers have restrictions (central breakers) is far from ideal situation. There are no Clone Chip or any other recursion cards so facechecking and planning carefully which breaker will be installed when is the key to successfully piloting this deck.
As far as I understand, when corp scores the runner chooses in which order Logos, Gang Sign and Leelas ability resolve which is also very important. Playing against deck which has Snares, you would ideally first tutor for I've Had Worse and then resolve other abilities in a preffered order.
I'll do a writeup as soon as I decktest some more.

I've been playing something very similar and I really want to like Magnum Opus, but the memory problems it creates are less than ideal. I tried I've Had Worse as a one-of and I wasn't impressed. Logos's max hand size increase protects you from most net damage based kills and Crash Space or Plascrete Carapace will deal with meat.
If you're dead set on Opus, I suggest trying a cool technique from @Tuism and up your Femme count to 2 and play Test Run. That plus inside job gets you into any server two ice deep practically for free and can really surprise the corp. It helps shore up the criminal lack of recursion and can create some amazing sneakdoor turns.
My final bits of advice as a fellow gangsta pragmatist would be to go up to 3 gang sign and think about how you want to pressure R&D. You really want to find gang sign ASAP, as it's pretty useless after a score or two. Lacking R&D pressure I found that the corp could just play off the top and make a terrifying scoring remote and simply dumping any agendas into it.
Cool Leela design. I look forward to seeing where it goes.
