Hayley: Better than Kate?

I am really excited for Hayley, since she is the first Shaper Identity that has an ability, that is comparable to Kates and that might giver her an edge on our Core Set power shaper. An additional click each turn to install stuff is certainly more useful than a single credit discount.

In order to get the most use out of her ability, you want to stack up on one type of card. I chose programs for this. Utiliizing the credits from Sahasrara, you can install a Cache or a program, that you wont need for this specific Matchup whenever you install one of your useful things, that you then can sell off to Aesop the following turn. This nets you more credits than Kates meager single one.

You will need some additional MU to make use of these many programs. I think in this Deck Akamatsus will actually be better for you than the more expensive options, since putting these cheap ones into play together with a Clone Chip does not waste a click as it would do in any other deck.

Since you will play a lot of stuff, you have to draw a lot of stuff. I included the full package of Shaper draw options and one Levy, to keep you going in longer matches. Further Test Run and Scavenge, they both work with Hayleys ability and combo nicely with cards like Femme Fatale, D4vid and Lady.

Also remember that you can install stuff during your opponents turn with Clone Chip and SMC, which will allow you to fire Hayleys ability.

Depending on your Meta, I would consider changing the Clot for a Parasite or a Nerve Agent or the Imp for a Medium, which would also get you rid of the R&D Interfaces, to bring you down to 45 cards. I am not sure though, which option plays better in a general sense and which cards to cut for maximum efficiency. I would certainly like to hear your suggestions on this.

Personal Workshop also nets you the extra click, lets you control your hand a bit better, and lets you install on the corp's turn. I think it would have strong synergy here.

With the insane amount of click-compressed credits this seems to be able to generate combined with the tutor power of Shaper, you might consider a standard power-breaker suite. Torch, Battering Ram and Garrote plus maybe one more Levy AR Lab Access might give you more consistent steamrolling capability.

I'd also look at Mass Install and if you fiddle with your influence, Autoscripter. The first would let you empty your hand quickly when you overdraw without missing too many installs, and the second effectively doubles your normal per-turn click compression.

Workshop doesn't work with Sahasrara, so these are two different ways to go I think.

The powerl breakers also don't work as well with Sahasrara, since more real credits need to be payed, they eat up all the MU and they don't synergize as well with Scavenge.

Autoscripter unfortunately is unique and quite expensive on influence, I think giving up on some of the Anarch Power programs in exchange is not a wise choice.

Overall your suggestions might be interesting, but they really move very far away from the core of the deck.
