Yes.
FUCK YES
I am of the opinion that K2CP Turbine promotes a bland form of play. I for the life of me cannot understand how people derive enjoyment from playing a card that curtails your deckbuilding creativity so hard. See, if you're a turbine player in Shaper, you have to import Cleaver, Buzzsaw, or other fixed-strength breakers to get full value. There is so much variety among breakers in just Shaper alone...Propeller offers an interesting way to deal with high-strength ice at the cost of being temporary, Hyperbaric lets you build up a monster decoder with tokens, and Pressure Spike gains a big power boost at threat[4]. That's not even including the offerings of other factions! There are so many cool cards, yet people ignore them just so they can play with the same ol' breaker suite all day long. Even worse are the imported turbines. It makes my heart die a little inside when I see multiple imported turbines in a hoshiko deck. You could have done so much with those 8 influence points, yet they choose to use them to homogenize with the same noninteractive strategy everyone else is playing.
After a couple games of getting reamed by turbine, I decided to make this deck. The idea is to make ice so big, so thick, and so voluptuous that fixed breakers get ass-fucked no matter what. The purpose of using this ID is to give the runner an incentive to run HQ often. Why would I want that, you may ask? Because you can plop a big beefy Oduduwa in front of HQ and have it jizz counters on all of your ice. Advancing ice is expensive, folks, and you never want to be doing it using the basic action. Once you get big blue daddy on HQ, keep flipping your ID and putting miscellaneous bullshit in the remote. If it's early game, you can even get away with icing HQ, flipping it, then putting out a naked Rashida (naked as in not protected by ice...YOU FILTHY ANIMALS). Point is, unless the runner wants to repeatedly pay 6 credits per remote, they're going to have to keep hitting Oduduwa. And since Oduduwa scales with each encounter, pretty soon you can have strength 11 Tree Lines and Colossi. Turbine that, motherfuckers. ZATO City Grid is for dealing with whale/wolf kit, since those decks tend to not pack good recursion. The Echo Chamber might seem strange, but it has actually won me a fair number of games.
Sadly, the turbine people have thwarted my deck with Hush. That damn card basically counters my deck. My advanceable ice becomes puny, and my boy Oduduwa is forced into an indefinite NNN. In the end, they Hush my big ice, then carry on turbining. A tragic end for this promising deck.
TL;DR NSG ban turbine now
