Tech Trader Thrillseeker

This is a reactionary deck. You get as many tech traders, clone chips, and Kongmatos out on the board as possible. Then work the Sahasraras and Dhegdeers out. If it looks like the corp is going to score an agenda pull up a grappling hook and burst in the remote with it plus kongmato.

Not only have you stolen an agenda, but depending on board state you probably made a lot of money with cyberdelias and tech traders. You also probably have an idea of their ice and you can start getting the TD breakers out.

Rinse and repeat to get access to just about any server but either grappling hook/kongmato, or bypassing with TD breakers.

Scavenge, cold read, and the SMCs are there to ensure you can keep whatever breaker you want out at the end of your turn.

Femme is nice with scavenge as you can pull her up with Wu, use her on some remote server, clear it out, then scavenge her and install her again putting her on a central. Atman follows a similar route.

Since you can get any program you want at any time, getting the resources you want, mainly tech trader and kongmato, can be a little dodgy.
