"All Valencia needed now was proof. Not the groundbreaking evidence that shakes the masses. The Zaibatsu were too good at covering their tracks to leak anything damning. No, it was the insignificant, forgotten things that led Valencia to the trash compactor attached to the ground floor of Argus Security. A receipt, an invoice, a grease-stained paper bag from Hungry Burger. Alone they meant nothing. The soggy napkins definitely didn't mean anything. The receipt and the bright pink sticky note on the other hand, might just be what Valencia was looking for. Small scraps of paper. Garbage. What they are connected to though, who they lead to, that trash is front page news."
The idea of this deck is to put an unusual amount of pressure on archives by gaining money through Desperado using bad pub on Personal Workshop, and racking up virus tokens on Hemorrhage and Datasucker with the added threat of Archives Interface for anything you do trash. The amount of pressure you put on archives stretches the corp resources thin, and any run on checking other centrals is a win for this rig. And of course, leave the scoring remote alone unless you can Blackmail it. The Overminds are for emergencies like if the corp is using Oversight AI or Executive Boot Camp to rez ice on their remote server. The Parasites help make your runs more efficient by killing problem ice wherever it is.
I might switch out Dirty Laundry for Déjà Vu. Both for the virii but also more Blackmail recursion. I'm still trying to figure out the best way to go about card draw right now. I just put in the Wyldside and the anarch in me doesn't want to put in a solution to deal with it. I was thinking about John Masanori but I don't really want to risk having my Personal Workshop trashed. (Edit: I have since taken out the Wyldsides for Injects). I'm also thinking of including R&D multiaccess for more pressure.
It can seem like this deck has too many moving parts to be effective. I've never even played with all the pieces out on the board at the same time. The deck doesn't need that to function. Each part on it's own is enough of a boon. This deck has been a lot of fun to play with. Regardless of whether or not the corp is running recursion, you feel really powerful removing cards from archives. There is a funky pacing and unusual pressure to running archives twice a turn, trashing a corp card, and then hitting another central server or getting into the remote for one credit; all while installing things for free, making money, and gaining virus counters.
So if you want an excuse to sleeve Archives Interface you should join Valencia in the dumpsters behind Argus Security. Rifling through The Board's trash may just provide the answers you were looking for.

I am using Earthrise Hotel to great success for card draw in my Valencia deck and even if I pack a single Mimic I get a few Eaters trashed by Swordsman just to destroy it with Parasite the next click. Mimic is not needed but very nice to have. |

I can see how you do not have enough replacement effects for eater paying off. Testing John Masanori sounds interesting and so long you do not run last click you should be fine. |
Swordsman will be a problem Im afraid, maybe you should find some room for the Mimic.
