Perhaps one of my favorite decks, though it's silly and doesn't play well sometimes. The concept was originally to attempt to mill out as much of the corps deck as possible.
Now, it's to use viruses to just mess up the game and get in wherever. Usually, it's best to throw a Hivemind on a Progenitor so that all of your viruses count as having at least one virus counter. If Hivemind is out, then Incubator just fuels it. Otherwise, I use Incubator to fuel Cache for money, Darwin for sudden power and ice-breaking, or Datasucker/Parasite to destroy an ICE. In most occasions, it just depends on the situation.
Since we're trashing so many cards, the Corp is bound to throw ICE on Archives, so I install a Hades Shard early on and wait to use it until I'm sure there's quite a few agendas in there. Also, I usually make the run on Jacksons to force their usage, so the corp won't go about playing with Archives later.
Déjà Vu to regain Incubators and Parasites. Uninstall to refill Imps as needed. Archives Interface takes care of Shocks and other nasty gifts that Jinteki likes to leave in Archives.
In general, this deck works well and is a bunch of fun. Biggest danger is economics, but Sure Gamble helps early on, Kati Jones, Zona Sul Shipping and Professional Contacts help out during midgame or while waiting, and Cache for desperate in-run money.
