Leela Impossible

krystman 2843

A Leela Patel: Trained Pragmatist build based on the one by ANR Blackhats. Did some tweaks to her. It's a very fun deck capable to turn the tables with seemingly nothing on the board. Excellent at creating surprising openings and exploiting them.

Doppelgänger is key here, allowing you to run more when an opportunity arises. Especially in combination with Medium it can be deadly. But with R&D Interface and The Maker's Eye, there is plenty of R&D pressure already. If they close off R&D but neglect HQ you can Account Siphon or simply Legwork / HQ Interface.

As a special surprise, there is also Running Interference which is a great card to get into glacier remote servers. Most corps don't expect it. They will be able to only rez the cheap ICE, exposing the expensive ICE for you to bounce. Works wonder against Blue Sun. Do they really want to spend 28 Credits for a Curtain Wall?

Pending Changes:

  • Sentries often proved to be a bit of a trouble, forcing me to Faerie and Crescentus rather than having a permanent solution. I'm thinking of adding a Mimic. Ninja doesn't really help with something like an Architect.

  • I'm worried about just one Corroder. Perhaps some form of recursion?

  • Not excited about the two Quality Time. If I'm aching for economy, they are more of a hindrance rather than a blessing. Thinking of some other kind of Card Draw. Perhaps a John Masanori.

  • Thinking about going up to two Plascretes. I had troubles when Blue Sun went for the SEA Source / Scorch win.

Garrote is a fine piece and a solid solution. thesatelliteuplink.blogspot.de - wenn du etwas scrollst findest du statistiken, die zeigen wieviel man als runner so blechen muss, um an meta-ice vorbei zu kommen.

you could hit 2 birds with one stone if you play Retrieval Run to get your trashed breakers back AND install your discarded breakers like Femme Fatale or Garrote for 3cr. Scavenge would be too odd in this deck, maybe. im on crack.

i think that John Masanori would be a great addition for your draw problem. and no need for Hostage?

Garrote is expensive, requires a lot of MU and is utterly disappointing against Architect considering it's price. Not a big fan of it. I'd rather spend the influnce on a copy of Mimic.
