Okay, bunch of very minor adjustments/suggestions here.

  • I personally rarely need more than a single Plascrete Carapace, but I suppose that really is meta/playstyle dependent. They can allow you to sometimes use Account Siphon when you don't have time to clear the tags afterwards, I suppose, and Fisk probably gets Scorched more than other runners because he feeds the corp their combo cards, so 2 Plascretes might be the right call.
  • 3x Faerie is pretty important for consistency. These little guys ensure you can run into most ice without worrying about the consequences, so they allow you to be VERY aggressive early in the game.
  • I think you probably want more than a single The Maker's Eye. Not only do you want some consistent R&D multiaccess, but Fisk in particular works so well with this, allowing you to effectively dig 4 cards deep (the top one goes into their hand).
  • Consider swapping out Gordian Blade for something less influence-costly. ZU.13 Key Master would be the obvious choice, but Cerberus "Rex" H2 could also free up a lot of space (just remember - try to save his counters for remote servers, since Passport is your backup, and will ONLY work on centrals).
  • I would swap out the Daily Casts with Dirty Laundrys. They conserve clicks by merging runs into econ, and work very very well with the Desperado/Security Testing combo. On that note, try to fit in another security testing, and possibly another Desperado. The latter is a dead draw when you get duplicates, but it's sooo sooo good to get early.

Check out Sohum's Gabriel Santiago: Consummate Professional deck:

That's sortof the direction I'd be leaning towards - the standard aggressive, fast criminal suite. Having 3x Same Old Thing means you don't necessarily need 3 copies of all your other events, which is nice. I still think you should try out your Lamprey idea, so I wouldn't change to a Parasite/Datasucker/Mimic build like he has quite yet.
