This deck started life as a remix of the old Kit/Nasir concept that used Paintbrush in a Stealth deck to power a single Sentry. Then typically, I thought 'Oh, I'll put in a safety Corroder, and a Refractor as I still have these spare Stealth credits...

...And why don't I just replace Paintbrush temporarily to try out Magnum Opus and Oh Goddamnit it's just better now.

STUPID THING. :)

I'm wondering with 3x Lockpick, Cloak and Magnum Opus if Study Guide isn't straight up better than Refractor past like the second turn you use it. I'd have to actually crunch the numbers but they seem attractive and free up stealth credits for Dagger when those servers start stacking up.

@FarCryFromHuman Quite probably in pure Breaker terms, but you still want MO for paying for the hardware itself, as well as surviving the (inevitable) SEA Trace, and the hardware synergises with Hayley.

I'd be willing to give it a try, but I suspect even that won't save it.

There's probably a discussion worth having about -1 Legwork, +1 Clot, and whether Dagger is better/worse than Switchblade in this deck, but I think the -2 Str is neglible (cos you're paying with Stealth credits anyway) and the access to break with regular credits which Switchblade can't is actually a pretty big deal.

Yeah I'd absolutely keep Dagger over Switchblade, this decks screams stability even though it's stealth based.

I think you maybe misunderstood my previous comment. I'm saying just straight swap out Refractor for Study Guide. No other changes would be required. You'd lose a turn or two of aggression but then have way more efficiency. At least that's my theory. Test draws seem to support this, but YMMV.

So, I got to play the deck twice last night, and noticed immediately that unless I have dedicated MO turns, I tend to be poor in 'real credits'. I'm most keen to get a little more card draw in, especially clickless like Earthrise Hotel.

@FarCryFromHuman - After playing, I'd agree in draw, but the Stealth route for Refractor means I don't need to prepare Runs very much (as I only need to fund Corroder) - If anything, I'd consider BlacKat were it not so awkward by comparison.
