I like it. It was fun to play as. Can probably stand to lose a Sub Boost and a Data Ward for other things a little lower cost. I actually like the Arms factory since its a much better investment to trash than bankers, and its raw draw to install more things.
Is it better than default CtM? Probably not. But it was fun.
