This is built around the idea that clearing 4 tags against SYNC is extremely painful for the runner. A 12 cost and effectively losing a turn is no small thing, especially in the early game and when the Corp is racing ahead with Blue Level Clearance and Lateral Growth.
The plan is to land a Hard-Hitting News as early as possible - turn 2 is best (bait the run by installing a naked agenda or not icing R&D). Blue Level and Lateral Growth combo very nicely together and help you establish that early credit lead while setting up.
With HHN landed, runners have the choice to either go broke clearing their tags, which is great - you'll maintain your credit lead and land another cheap HHN a turn or two later - or go tag-me, which is even better. Either way, you should be able to get ahead and score agendas.
I'm trying out Observe and Destroy as a way to deal with problem cards like Mopus.
Also this used to run Pachinko, but Pachinko is bad. This is better.

Yeah, I'm a bit wary of including too many tag-reliant cards though (there's already 6, which is quite a lot for a small deck). I find the operation economy really snowballs, especially once you start Jacksoning them back in - even if you don't see your HHNs, it can normally keep pace with the runner credits-wise and hold its own as a rush deck. |
I would include at least 2 of Observe and Destroy. The Runner usually mulligans for Magnum Opus so that it can be installed first turn. After the early game, the Runner is already making more money than the Corp.
