If you don't have much you can do with tags other than kill resources, then don't bother having Hunters, put in those Ichi's. instead. Have Ice walls before more Shadows on your Influence. Dunno what you want to do with Precog. Especially without something like Anonymous Tips to draw them up quickly. Might as well use that influence for Beanstalks and a San San.
