Trade-In usually isn't considered the best tutor. Would you consider using Tyson Observatory? Or even Artist Colony as the universal fetch for The Toolbox, Bazaar, Tech Writer, etc.

Conversely, you could try to use Spy Cameras to reorder the stack so you can get The Toolbox out.
