Delta V

obscurica 1313

Modernized post-rotation Gagarin build, assuming that Friends in High Places gets MWL'd as rumored. Attempts to keep horizontal spread in check are double-taxed -- once by Gagarin's innate ability, and another time by Warroid Tracker, which threatens to disrupt their ability to later break into the scoring remote.

Permanently shutting down the Warroid defense is extremely costly. Whampoa Reclamation and Preemptive Action alike frustrates attempts at keeping them in archives -- other restoratives also shuffles the deck, keeping them from getting stuck in the bottom.

Non-interactive runners cannot afford to simply wait the deck out. Public Support and Long-Term Investment both demand immediate solvency or risk sudden tempo shifts in the corp's favor. As does Corporate Town, which can be further fueled by successfully scored Public Supports.

Delta-V is a measure used in spaceflight dynamics that effectively determines the cost of a mission in terms of the fuel expended for it. Gagarin plans to make your approach very, very expensive indeed...

Maybe i'm asking something obvious now, but what is the way to win here?

You can't fa any of the agendas and the only thing threatening the Runner is the Corporate Town. The only thing that's gonna be nasty are the Tour Guides and there are only 3 of those and they are not so taxing early in the game. If the runner is eather patient and maken lots of money, he can steal every Agenda you try to score, or he is fast with some R&D-Multiaccess.
