One of the series of 7 "Intro Decks" that I've designed to introduce friends to the game, one for each faction, and splitting up the archetypes. In my opinion, this is the best runner deck to start with, opposite HB, but your mileage may vary. It's strong and versatile, and the events help the runner decide what they should spend their turn doing, while SMC + CC ensure they never feel helpless.
This deck is classic PPvP Kate. It teaches the ability to adapt using its suite of programs, plus Self-modifying Code and Clone Chip, and efficient event-based economy to go with Prepaid VoicePAD.
Side note: The Cerberus "Lady" H1s have up to 18 installs if you really need to: (2 + 2 (Test Run) + 2 (Same Old Thing) + 3 (Clone Chip)) x 2 (Levy AR Lab Access. Not to mention Atman + Datasucker, and Parasite. If the runner can't win by then, they've done something horribly wrong. So, a hard Fracter shouldn't be needed.
