Started off with Majulah Hermes Tāo and made some changes to icebreaker suite to free up some influence.

Echelon I think is fine. Gauss works for me as I was mostly expecting Border Control, Ping or any of the new 1 strength ice from TAI.

With the influence got some standard centrals pressure and fast advance tech.
