I really want to make Predictive Algorithm a thing.

With the added tax, NAPD Contract just seemed like the right choice. Red Herring or Hollywood Grid ... the 1 trash cost of Red made me pick Hollywood Grid but if they already have the agenda... And once Utopia Fragment is scored you always advance installed agenda right away. Especially those NAPD. Psychographics, Closed Accounts and Freelancer are the tag punishment.

This is my first attempt at this weird funky deck, all tips and trick are appreciated :)
