This deck is part of the third iteration of the Project CROW mini-campaign for beginners familiar with System Core 2019. It consists of three Runner and three Corp decks, that are built up over three steps. They start at the System Core 2019 with a few additions and end up with currently competitively viable decks that have placed well in tournaments.
We're finally there: This is
@Heinzel's "boring" Hayley deck that placed third at German Nats.
The main body of the list does not change much, it just gets a lot more tools geared towards efficiency.
Let's start with the resources, where we now include the Artist Colony + Fan Site engine, which allows you to fetch whatever card you're missing at instant speed. And if you don't actually need those Fan Sites, you can also just sell them off to Aesop's Pawnshop.
Your scoring plan has changed quite a bit. Gone are the R&D Interface, which were replaced by Stargate, a powerful R&D pressuring tool released in Downfall. Once you're set up, you can use Stargate to dig for agendas and/or keep trashing ICE to keep R&D open for longer. And once you find an agenda, you now have "Freedom Through Equality" to cash in an additional point if needed, when you grab it from archives.
As a tool against the grindier matchups (like Jinteki: Personal Evolution, which I did not include in this series), you have got Buffer Drive. And finally you now have got Misdirection, which helps a lot against Hard-Hitting News. Once it is on the table, the maths around HHN change a lot to your favor.
