Noise ¬ Eight Minutes to Midnight

The Key cards for the deck are Magnum Opus, Duggar's. Djinn, Progenitor and Virus Breeding Ground. Djinn can search for every virus in the deck to get you set up and Duggar's will help you find said Djinn.

A lot of people have criticized my inclusion of MO but I 've playtested a lot without it and realized, mid to late-game the only reason I would draw would be so that I could find another Daily Casts, Sure Gamble or Day Job. I would spend lots of clicks for that hidden event economy. It simply didn't work.

I 've tried both ways and I find this to be more satisfying and consistent.

Armitage is there as a mini Opus in case I don't draw it in hand, just to tide me over for a turn or two until I can get things running.

There is a natural protection against purging in the form of 1-2 virus breeding grounds, if I have both Progenitors out on Darwin and Hivemind, the turn after a corp purges I have a Darwin at Str 5 with only two clicks on my part. Add a parasite from hand to help ya against that big ice and you 're set to go.

Key thing about this deck is that once it gets set up, every agenda HAS to identify itself because it has to remain on the board for at least three turns, if not four. Deep Thought allows you to mill Agendas and control the corp's draw, making sure dangerous cards are out of their reach, and that scoring is not an option, as you progressively expand your rig.

Parasites usually hit for 4-5, destroying ICE outright as soon as they 're spawned. Furthermore they help Darwin get through Curtains and Hadrians with little effort.

Levy is there for the late game, so you can refresh your parasites just in case ya need 'em. Plus you never know how far Duggar's will get you.

With this Deck, you find yourself playing a balance game. Is the corp keeping you out of scoring servers by putting an enormous amount of ICE? Make sure there's two Chakanas on the board, throttle their agenda draw with Deep Thought and Medium through R&D and archives for the win.

Is the corp acting passively? Capitalize and stall the game out. The more you play, the more you mill their deck and lessen their chances of victory. There's a good chance they won't even have enough Agendas left in the game to score a victory.

Is the corp ICEing up main servers? You could care less. All you need is to control their Agenda scoring and gear up for that ONE big dig in Archives or R&D.

The problem lies if the Corp gets on to the fact that you 're not running their servers, and sees that as an invitation to start advancing agenda after agenda. Thats why its imperative to spend at least a click per turn, running on random servers, giving the semblance of an active player, forcing them to spend money rezzing ICE and building defenses whose only purpose is to drag the game on.

The late-game belongs to Noise, hands down and if you can make them play your game, you 're almost all the way home.

FINALLY! A deck list that includes Duggar's. I am just starting to explore Anarch territory, and many decks complain of consistency in needing particular cards early, and I was curious to know why no one played Duggar's + Levy AR Lab Access.

How has it been working out?

How often do you run, with this build? How do you protect your programs from being trashed by an unrezzed destroyer ICE, if you do run?

@Fl3xbyts I decided to play Duggar's because I realized the key importance of speed. Due to Chakanas and Deep Thought and the Reliance on Magnum Opus I realized I am tied for influence, besides, if this deck were to work properly it would need a few SMCs or such. I don't think of Duggar's as a draw card, I think of it as an anarch tutor that brings you (on average) at least two of the cards you 're missing out on. It takes the regular speed of a big-rig type deck and ramps it up to 12. I used to play this deck with SMCs and the speed was abysmally crippling. The good thing about Netrunner is that there are more than one ways to solve a problem, if ya start thinking outside the box.

So, the game forces me to play without shaper tutors? I ll bypass them entirely.

The more I play with duggar's, the more I like it, but I think its heavily reliant on the deck. The bonus of this current setup is that once I got all my key components in play, I could give a rat's ass if I ever draw another card again.

@Fl3xbyts You run as a diversion, on a "as required" basis, before turn 7-8. Usually after that you have your full rig out, if not almost all of it and you can do pretty much whatever you like.

The key thing is not letting the corp know you 're not really wanting to engage in full combat before then. Smoke and mirrors.

You have to check their economy as well. Most destroyer ICE sits at 5 credits if not more. After a few turns you can pretty much beat most ICE they can throw out at you, but you have to be careful as you 're setting up.

Depends on what ID they 're running. If its HB I know its probably an Icchi, they wouldn't be running program destroyers out of faction if they can afford it. Run first click so you can click through it if needed. Have they got an Agenda out? If not then I am probably safe from Archer. Touch n' go on an individual basis.

If you 're not all-together sure what they 're doing, let them set up. You can probably afford to.

I've played Noise for awhile and I also like Duggar's more than either Wyldside or Earthrise Hotel for draw. I play the older Aesop's Pawnshop version of the deck, so I really like selling the Duggar's once I have the engine set up.

I like this version--Chakana is a nice synergy with Hivemind. I tried a Hivemind version, but found it slow and much less consistent than the Pawnshop and Cache version. But I think the Chakana might make me change my mind.

I am a bit hesitant to go AI only with my breakers. I know you have the parasites, but I have a hard time playing without 2 Corroder (in case of Wraparound) and 2 Mimic.
