Hand Tax Ob (Countdown to 2024)

To celebrate the new year, I and other members of the QTM testing group will be trying to publish daily decklists showing off ideas we've built and explored but didn't end up publishing for one reason or another.

This was part of the experiments that ultimately ended with me taking Facet Ob to Worlds. The idea was that Dr. Vientiane Keeling is very strong, and you can get her with Border Control sometimes, and then if you can keep her alive for a little while (not too difficult in Ob) you can do all sorts of silly things with Urban Renewal and Azef Protocol and Reconstruction Contract and Urtica Cipher and Clearinghouse and Angelique Garza Correa. Basically tax the Runner's hand constantly and relentlessly and somehow end up with a kill at some point.

Keeling ended up eating a ban, sadly (and correctly). I wish we could have her back so I could try this again, but it's probably for the best. Goodbye good doctor, we still had so many things to do together...
